This is a useful workshop for anyone teaching yoga and for anyone looking to understand and learn physical tools to help support students and heal. Peadar Maxwell is a New York trained, Irish chartered Psychologist. He has a special interest in the area of ANXIETY (which leads to depression if left untreated) and he has developed training for all people including parents and professionals in how to recognise understanding and respond to the anatomy of anxiety.
