So this is a foundational fully accredited Yoga Alliance course.
This has a beautifully distilled Online technology with my many years of experience of training. The online itself has vast amounts of pre-recorded lectures, videos, audibles all downloadable, plus a beautiful workbook. This supports the student as they also attend in person full days/ weekends. There is a collaboration with other wonderful teachers leading so the student receives that diversity of teachers / leaders.
The course is a collection compressed of my training the teachers for 17 years.
