Gentle Slow Yoga

These classes are presently running on wednesdays at 6.30pm for one hour, 10am on a saturday ,    10am monday and 11am on sundays

 

 

 

using a slow gentle deep breath work  and seated poses toning the organs releasing toxins tension as well relaxing you will be energised.It is a kundalini yoga blend class.Especially recommended for pre-natel mums ,  people with ailments issues or in recovery from injury.
