Monday evening 6.30pm power/astanga lite ,8pm hot power fusion class
Tuesday kids YOGA BEARS class now on 3.30pm and 4.30pm , drop in children welcome Text or call Siobhan for kids info 087 659 5497 lunch time class (not on right now but if your interested and have a group call me)
Wednesday morning 10am class - Wednesday evening 6.30pm-7.30pm(gentle yoga blend) hot power fusion class 7.40pm
Thursday evening 7.30pm-8.45pm power yoga class (integrated)
Friday morning 10am-11am class
Saturday class 12 noon (always text for this class )
e16euro per drop in class
56 euros attending once a week and to be used consecutively ,not possible to carry over missed classes so please use up your block of classes
65 euros for unlimited classes during a four week block (attend any class any time)
always call/text if your coming for the first time
new block starts January 5th 2009(monday...........Make sure you'v texted to book if you want to go Saturdays @12 as only on depending on demand during each week....
